DURING CLEAN MISTAKES
Insufficient pull
Causes
-Incomplete straightening.
-coming with the trunk at the barbell.
-shoulders are not raised.
-the rise on tiptoes is not done
How to Correct
-the pull is done with a stop of 2-3 seconds in the highest position of the pull.
-clean directly from boxes.
-jerk the weight over the head.
-jump backward.
The Elbows are not turned fast enough
Causes
-lack of mobility
-an incorrect image of the motion
-work with heavy loads.
-incorrect pull the pull is not done upward on the line of the elbows and the bar makes a marked arc of a circle, which is very unfavourable to the mechanical work performed.
How to Correct
-work for the mobility of the elbow articulation.
-the right evaluation by the coach.
-Training with small weights
-clean from the hang position(the twisting of elbows will be watched especially)
-the swing is not made from both feet
-the jump in a split
-the lifting of the barbell with the same speed.
